Eric is deeply committed to delivering results that exceed client expectations by emphasizing execution and capability-building over PowerPoints with mere recommendations. He founded Renrock Consulting to be different than other firms. His team is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get deep into the work.

Eric brings a unique background, having served as a host and journalist in the National Public Radio system. He also served two terms as the top elected official in his hometown of Simsbury, CT.

When he’s not solving business problems Eric can be found playing or officiating tennis, or cheering for the UConn Huskies with his daughter.
